To ensure efficient operations and consistent service for all customers, the following turnaround times apply to orders processed through our store.

Store Operating Hours

Our store operates Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm.

Turnaround times are calculated within these business hours only. Orders placed outside these hours will be treated as received at the next business day opening time of 8:00am.

Order Cut-Off Times

Orders received after 2:30pm may not be processed until the next business day depending on production capacity.

Where insufficient time remains in the day to meet the required turnaround period, processing period will commence from the next business day.

Standard Turnaround Times

Pre Cut Window Film –

Winter: Minimum 24 hours

Summer: Minimum 48 hours

PPF Cutting – Minimum 72 hours

Peak Season

During periods of high demand, particularly in summer, extended turnaround times may apply.

Rush Orders

Orders requested outside the standard turnaround times may be accommodated where capacity allows. A rush order surcharge may apply and acceptance is at the discretion of store staff.
